1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our products and services. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products: All our garments are made from quality wool. Minor variations in color, texture, or stitching are part of the handmade or natural fabric process and not considered defects
💰Pricing & Payments
- Prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP-£).
- Payment is accepted via [Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, Paypal, Payoneer etc.].
- Full payment is required before shipping.
⏳Order Processing
- As we stitch the design totally customizavle according to your given size and design. Furthermore, we start stitching it after you place the order so that’s why Orders are processed within [5–7] business days.
- In peak seasons, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified of any delays.
📦Shipping
- We ship domestically/internationally via DHL, Fedex, Aramex and UPS.
- Delivery times: 5–7 business days within the country, 7–10 internationally.
- Tracking numbers will be provided once the order ships.
💸Refund & Exchange
- Returns are accepted within [7–14] days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or wrong).
- Exchanges allowed based on stock availability.
❌Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 8-12 hours of placing them.
- After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
